At Rayfit, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 2-3 days of receipt for a full refund. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
