Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Rayfit, we take pride in delivering fresh and premium-quality food products. As we deal primarily with perishable items, certain limitations apply to cancellations and refunds. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

For Perishable Products (e.g., Tofu, Soy Milk):
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing or dispatch due to the perishable nature of the products.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it at support@rayfit.in or via phone.
Cancellation requests received after dispatch will not be accepted.
For Non-Perishable or Pre-Order Products:
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
A full refund will be processed if the order is cancelled before shipment.

2. Refunds and Replacements

Eligibility:
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following situations:

Product delivered is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
The packaging is tampered with at the time of delivery.
Process:
To request a refund or replacement:

Raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect product.
Send the details to rayfitoffice@gmail.com with your order ID and contact number.

Resolution:
After verifying your claim, we will either:
Send a replacement product at no extra cost, or
Issue a refund to the original payment method (takes 5–7 working days).

3. Non-Eligibility

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

You change your mind after the product is delivered.
Incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delay caused by courier partners or unforeseen events beyond our control.
Products that are opened, used, or not stored properly after delivery.
